Stackable transport trolley
The invention relates to a stackable transport trolley according to the preamble of the first claim of the application.
A transport trolley with handle caps is described, for example, in the European patent EP 0 591 006 BI. The carriage comprises a pushing device in the form of a rigid tube. On the wire or tube parts of the handle carrying arm of the basket two opposite handle caps are arranged. These handle caps are provided with an opening for mounting each handle cap on the wire or tube part and another opening for receiving the tube. Furthermore, a safety means is provided which establishes a fastening of the pushing device in the form of a tube to the grip carrying arms of the basket.
Furthermore, a handle cap is known from the European patent application EP 0 351 232 A2. This is formed in two parts. It comprises a housing and an inner part · which is slid into the housing. The special feature of this grip cap is that the inner part is provided with a receptacle for the grip carrying arm formed of wire and that the housing is simply slid over it.
Other types of one-part handle caps are known from German patent application DE 195 41 257 A1 and DE 38 40 280 A1. The German patent specification DE 29 05 845 C2 also describes such a handle cap.
The German patent DE 10 2007 061 680 B3 describes a transport trolley with two opposite handles. Both handles are equipped with a holder for a handle bar. At least one of the handles is provided with an insert into which the second part can be inserted, on which an RFID label is applied. The handles are mounted on the handle support arm of the basket and serve for attaching the handle bar to the handle support arm. Handle caps are not necessary when using such handles.
Now the use of such handles is not suitable for every type of transport trolley. Also, the costs associated with applying the equal handles are not always justifiable.
The object of the present invention is therefore to also apply a label to a handle cap.
The invention solves the problem with the features in the main claim.
The label is not visible from the outside, therefore it is protected against harmful environmental influences, such as humidity and / or UV radiation. Deliberate damage can also be prevented.
The manufacturing costs are considerably lower because no two handles - as they are known in the art - are used.
Furthermore, a simple replacement of a label or a complete recording part into which a label has been inserted is also possible.
The invention is further elucidated on the basis of an exemplary embodiment. It is shown FIG. 1 a handle cap, a label and a recording part in a drawing in exploded view;
FIG. 2 a 3-D representation of the handle cap, and FIG. 3 another 3-D representation of the handle cap.
The invention relates to a stackable transport trolley with an undercarriage carrying a basket, the rear end of which can be closed by a flap. The basket is equipped with a push device. Rollers are mounted on the chassis. The basket is provided with handle carrying arms, on which two handle caps 1 are arranged opposite each other and which hold the pushing device.
A label 3 is provided in at least one of the two handle caps 1. Preferably, an RFID tag or an RFID-UHF tag is used. However, it is also conceivable to use a different type of label. The label 3 is built into the handle cap 1 and is completely enclosed by it.
The handle cap 1 is provided with a housing 2 and a recording part 4. The recording part 4 and the label 3 are inserted in the housing 2. Such a handle cap 1 is shown in FIG. 1.
The housing 2 and the receiving part 4 interlock in a form-fit manner.
The housing 2 and the receiving part 4 are provided with a bore 2.4, 4.2. These bores 2.4, 4.2 are placed opposite each other and serve for receiving a fastener, not shown, which is mounted on the handle carrying arms. A screw or a pin, for example, is the fastening means. Alternatively, it would also be conceivable for the label 3 also to be provided with a bore (not shown).
The recording part 4 is provided with a jump to bore 4.2. This is necessary because of the bore 2.4 provided in housing 2.
In the example shown, a hollow space 2.5 is provided, into which the label 3 is slid. This cavity 2.5, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, is provided between housing 2 and recording part 4. Conventional labels 3 have a thickness of approximately 2 mm, a length of approximately 80 mm and a height of 30 mm. The hollow space 2.5 is designed suitable for receiving the label 3.
Furthermore, it would be conceivable for the receiving part 4 to be provided with a recess 4.1. The label 3 is embedded in this recess 4.1. The size of the recess 4.1 depends on the size and shape of the label 3.
The recording part 4 is further provided with a closing part 4.3. This closing part 4.3 closes the lower opening 2.1 of the housing 2, in particular in the area in which the label 3 is placed. A possible shape of the closing part 4.3 is shown in FIG. 1. Other shapes are conceivable and relate to the design of housing 2.
A label 3 can be exchanged in a simple manner. Removing the handle cap 1 from the handle carrier arm of the carriage is not necessary. By releasing the fastening means, the recording part 4 and the label 3 can be taken out. A new label 3 can be inserted. The recording part 4 and the new label 3 are slid into the housing 2 and re-attached by means of the fixing means.
Each housing 2 of the handle cap 1 is provided with a lateral opening 2.2, in this opening 2.2, for example, the tube of the pushing device is placed and fixed with the fastening means (not shown).
Furthermore, each housing 2 is provided with a gap 2.3; the gripping bearing arms (not shown) are always inserted herein.
In a further carrying variant, the label 3 itself is sprayed on with a material - a plastic is considered for this - so that it can be slid into the housing 2 to form a positive fit and is therefore completely received. A recording part 4 is then no longer necessary. In the event of a change, the entire recording part 4 will then be swapped.
